Cancellation Policy
▫ Arrivals over 20 minutes late may have their appointment modified or canceled based on availability.
▫ All appointment changes require at least 48 hours’ notice and are limited to one-time only.
▫ Late arrivals will not receive extended service time.
▫ Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will forfeit the $30 deposit. A new $30 deposit is required for future bookings. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
