Cancellation Policy
▫ Arrivals over 15 minutes late may have their appointment modified or canceled based on availability.
▫ All appointment changes require at least 48 hours’ notice and are limited to one-time only.
▫ Late arrivals will not receive extended service time.
▫ Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will forfeit the 30% of the appointment cost.
▫ All changes are subject to availability.
▫ No additional guests or pets unless receiving a service.
